The course consists of several 58-hour modules. You can choose the number of modules according to your level of linguistic competence (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced), your academic habits, and your aptitude. The syllabus follows the rationale of 'International Legal English' by Amy Krois-Lindner and TransLegal-the most in-depth and systematic textbook for the ILEC exam. The course responds to the needs of Bulgarian students in Law, as well as practicing lawyers and government officials who intend to sit the exam for the International Legal English Certificate (ILEC). The certification is a collaborative project between Cambridge University and TransLegal. The course we offer is tailored to the format of the ILEC exam. The syllabus is focused on achievement performance, rather than on enhancing the general professional competence of law students or lawyers.
